One named user, one device
The intended individual license covers one named person on one activated device. Deactivate the current device before activating another. Entering a key elsewhere does not automatically transfer it. Team licenses must state the actual number of named users on the order; one seat does not cover an entire team.
Commercial creative work
A valid commercial license permits the covered user to create and deliver personal, freelance, agency and client work. Your original output remains yours, subject to rights in any third-party material you use. This does not grant permission to distribute the plugin itself.
Restrictions and third-party components
Do not share keys between people, redistribute, resell, rent or sublicense the plugin, or bypass activation. Restrictions on reverse engineering do not apply where applicable law expressly permits it. Open-source components retain their own license terms. No term removes non-waivable statutory rights.
Activation and connectivity
The current macOS candidate is a test build, with watermarked unlicensed output, device-bound activation and a maximum 24-hour offline grace period following successful validation. It is not the final commercial package. See the privacy notice for the reviewed data flow. Final supported systems and activation requirements must be confirmed before purchase.
Refunds and suspension
A refunded license no longer authorises continued use. License suspension may be appropriate for confirmed fraud or a material license breach, subject to applicable law and a support route to dispute mistakes. Offline devices may not receive revocation immediately. The test candidate does not automatically connect a payment refund to key revocation; disabling a refunded key through the provider is a separate operation that must be verified before commercial launch.
Updates
The previously displayed offer of all 1.x updates remains applicable to any purchase made under that offer. Future offers must specify update entitlements before payment; this draft does not retroactively change an existing purchase.
