Refund policy

30-day issue-based refunds for new purchases

This is the policy selected for new purchases when commercial sales open. We do not offer voluntary refunds solely for a change of mind. Contact us within 30 calendar days of purchase if your download or license was not delivered, you were charged twice for the same order, or a material technical fault prevents the plugin from working as described on a supported configuration.

We will refund an undelivered purchase or the duplicate charge. For a material technical fault, we will offer reasonable troubleshooting; if we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, we will refund the affected purchase. Reporting within the 30-day window preserves your request while we investigate. Mandatory rights are not limited by this voluntary window or by troubleshooting.

Earlier purchases

The previously displayed offer was a full refund when requested within 14 days of purchase. Any purchase made under that offer keeps that protection. This new policy does not replace rights attached to an earlier purchase. Checkout is not currently enabled on this site.

How to request a refund

For an existing order, reply to the genuine purchase receipt or use the payment provider’s official order-support process. Include the order reference and purchase email only; do not send full card details, identity documents or your license key. You can also contact mographflow.support@gmail.com.

Processing and license use

Approved refunds are returned through the payment provider to the original payment method, subject to provider and bank processing times. We do not promise a specific bank settlement date. Following a full refund, stop using that paid license and deactivate it; remote revocation may be delayed while a device is offline.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit remedies for faulty, unavailable or misdescribed digital content, or mandatory cancellation and withdrawal rights. No statutory digital-content withdrawal right is waived merely by visiting this site or accepting general terms. Any legally permitted request for immediate delivery and acknowledgment of losing a withdrawal right must be explicit and separate in the relevant checkout.

Lemon Squeezy orders

Where Lemon Squeezy processes a purchase, its merchant-of-record processes and applicable buyer protections also apply. Lemon Squeezy reserves the right to issue refunds within 60 days of purchase at its discretion to prevent chargebacks. See its refund and chargeback information. Technical support is not a compulsory step before exercising a statutory refund right.
