14-day refund window
Contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund your order. No need to write an essay or prove that you gave it a try.
What happens after a refund
Once a refund is approved, the corresponding license key is deactivated. Any active seat attached to that key must stop using Reveal it.
Installation help first, if you need it
If something is not installing or behaving as expected, email support with your After Effects version, operating system, and a screenshot. We will make a good-faith effort to solve it quickly.
